This is a bittersweet review after my purchase and subsequent return of the Ghost Glide wheelchair. My chair arrived in a timely manner and was quickly ready for action. I loved it but I have a physical condition that couldn’t be accommodated, and I was forced to request a return. Customer service on both ends was magnificent and I would highly recommend the product and the company, which is rare these days. ~ Joe Milazzo

I have not yet had the opportunity to use my Carbon Fiber Electric Chair, but when I received it, I was deeply disappointed to discover that the extra features I had seen in your post on Facebook (and which persuaded me to make the purchase) were not included in the shipment: an extra battery, a spare seat cushion, and a carry bag, which I hope would help protect it when I travel. Three days after having chair, the wheel fell off and we had to improvise to get some new screws on there to hold it on. I reached out to customer service and did not get an email back for a couple days and when I did, they asked for a picture I sent them a picture and have not heard anything back after trying to re-email to see if they would send new part for the wheel. Also made a phone call and still have not got any return calls.

Never received free wheelchair items, ( called 8-7-26, day received and left voice mail message and emailed and no response, 93 yr old recipient cannot sit in chair very long because cushion is not supportive or comfortable, poor customer service, no or significantly delayed response, was told phones down (for a week?) and I have to email. Arm raise buttons are hard to reach and use by elder. Directions are not clear. Videos are misleading, Sending back because for 3k I’d rather deal with a more attentive company. Emailed to clarify return policy. Policy says 30 trial but says you can’t return if used. No response .Today is 8-16-26 and no resolution. Very disappointed.

I really like it, but the left and right toggle is very sensitive. Is there anyway to adjust that? Also, my cupholder is missing A partto install it. Can you send me another one?

Having a problem with left rear tire releasing have contacted twice still waiting for and answer - did not receive any paperwork - no warranty information- no invoice- supposed to have a free cover have not received that - phone number in ads is not correct

Chair arrived timely and very well packed. The chair is very comfortable to sit and ride in. I love that it came with a small tool bag for adjustments if needed. I like that it is more compact than some of the other chairs on the market.

Thank you for creating this chair! After loosing my mobility due to an autoimmune issue, I gave up all hope in regaining my independence to navigate around our ranch. Yesterday for the first time, I was able to join my husband in the barn as he fed horses. Thank you for the quality of this chair as it made navigating the terrain effortless. You have made me one happy woman!

Ive gotten to take it out shopping and enjoyed that i didnt have to go research for a cart at the store. The only thing that i have and issue with is the joystick making the chair going straight but i dont think an issue for you but we to learn how to drive it easier. Practice will get me there. Thank you for a well developed product.

It's like having to learn to drive again. The joystick takes a little while getting used to, but it is coming along nicely. It was so nice to have it arrive fully assembled and practically ready to go. It's been hot here so I haven't been on a long outing yet but that is coming soon.

Extra Battery

Haven't. used it yet which is why I only gave it a 4. I received my Ghost Glide and it works fine. I do have a few issues though. It was supposed to come with a free cup holder, which was missing. After a few attempts to either e-mail or call Custom Service, Devin got back to me on May 12 by IM. Said he would send me one. As of yesterday 5-18 I'm still waiting to receive it. Also had an issue with not being able to pair the remote wwith the chair. Devin sent me more detailed instructions than what was originally included with the Ghost Glide. THose also didn't work. I suggested that maybe the remote itself was defective, and asked him to send me a new one. I haven't heard anything from anyone since. This was on 5-13. As I was unable to e-mail you, and Devin said he was unable to e-mail me, it would be best to get in touch with me preferably by message or phone.
